Abogada Claudia is the daughter of immigrants and the first in her family to graduate from high school, college, and ultimately law school. Her journey fuels her passion for immigration law, and for over 15 years, she has dedicated her career to advocating for immigrants and their families. Fluent in Spanish and with working knowledge of Portuguese, she ensures that language is never a barrier to access to justice.
Recognized by the Colorado State Supreme Court for her extensive pro bono work, Claudia has committed her career to making legal resources accessible to immigrants across the state. She serves on the Board of two nonprofit organizations in Denver—Casa de Paz and the Colorado Immigrant Justice Fund—both of which focus on providing crucial assistance to the immigrant community.
Her practice encompasses family immigration, removal defense, and humanitarian applications, always with a focus on providing practical, honest advice that best serves her clients’ interests. At the Villa Law Firm, she leads a bilingual team with deep personal ties to immigration, ensuring that every client receives the personal attention their case deserves.
